Interns' voices
What is the appeal of our company?
One of the most appealing aspects I have come to understand through my internship at your company is how comfortable the work environment is for both the job trainees and employees. It’s not only about greeting the job trainees, but also checking in on them during work, having lighthearted conversations to create a relaxed atmosphere, and addressing them during morning and evening meetings with reports and countermeasures. This demonstrates that the company is attentive to each individual, creating a work environment that is supportive for the job trainees.
For the employees, the company covers the costs of work-related qualifications and books, making it easier for them to work. Additionally, one of the attractive points is how communication is emphasized, allowing everyone to understand their colleagues better and work more effectively together.
What is important in work?
The important things for me in my work are backwards thinking, gathering materials, and communication. During the internship, while listening to the assignments and talks I was given, I learned the importance of backwards thinking and gathering materials and using them in my work, and I was able to complete the assignments. As I was actually working on the assignments, around the fifth day I started to worry about how I could make it in time and how I could draw accurately, and I think I ended up with something I was satisfied with. And in terms of communication, there were times when I felt stuck and we would talk about the interns and employees we were with and solve the problem. From this, I learned that these three things are important, and I hope to make use of them in the future.
Looking back on the training
I can say for sure that I learned a lot during these 10 days. The lessons I learned, such as the importance of communication and taking action on my own, are definitely knowledge that I can use in the future. I may have caused a lot of trouble because I didn't know what to do, and I may have unconsciously been rude at times, but I am still very grateful that you treated me so well. I truly feel that I am glad that I came to ShakeHands, a Type B employment support company. Once again, thank you for all your help, even though it was only for a short time.

What is the appeal of our company?
Through my internship, I learned that your company has two main attractions. The first point is that your company offers good employee benefits. There were documents related to design and animation in the company, and when I entered the manager's office, there were many documents related to working style.
The second point is that the employees are all friendly with each other. When I think back to my internship, I remember that everyone communicated with each other in a friendly atmosphere, and they even talked to me, an intern.
What is important in work?
There are two main things that are important when working. The first is to be conscious of backward thinking, set goals and time frames, and act accordingly. In the actual work I did, I was so hung up on the quality of the production that it took me a while to finish the design. The second is that I learned that by looking at existing things and paying homage to things I thought were good, I can improve the quality of my own work.
Looking back on the training
Thank you very much for accepting me as an intern. I was able to gain exposure to various ways of thinking, and I am now considering reevaluating my future path. I also realized that both my mindset and skills still have a long way to go, so I plan to borrow books from the university library and start a part-time job to find my social role and connect it to my future development. Once again, thank you so much for these 10 days.
